The CNC roll feeder can be easily installed!
 CNC
roll feeder installation procedure
1.
Install the installation plate onto
the bolster of the press machine.

2.
Install the CNC roll feeder (main
unit) onto the installation plate.
Next, align the face of the die with
the adjusting bolt.
|
3.
To
continuously execute the releasing
operation for each pressing
revolution, please connect the
contact of the press machine rotary
cam to the solenoid valve at the top
of the feeder, when purchasing the
air-releasing type.
For mechanical releasing types, set
the releasing arm up onto the
mainframe of the feeder in a manner
so that the ram on the press machine
hits it to release the material.

4.
To
perform the automatic, continuous
operation for the hoop material with
the roll feeder, connect the contact
of the rotary cam (on the press
machine) and the connector installed
on the CNC control panel (CNC
controller).

Insert the other connector, on the
CNC control panel (CNC controller),
into the connector on the AC servo
motor of the feeder to complete the
auto-operation/manual operation
set-up procedure. |
