■ Using our know-how on precision pressing machines, we have succeeded in developing a highly precise strong pulling mechanism by designing the gears to have absolutely no gaps between the teeth.

■Features of the material feeding machine (CNC roll feeder)

● [L]= The AC servo motor is located on the left side of the machine (when viewed from the material feeding side).[R] means the motor is located on the opposite side.

● [A]: Solenoid valve air-releasing method,[M]: Mechanical cam releasing method

● [H]: Standard high-speed feeding model

　

● The type of material inserting guide can be selected from either a slanted type, parallel type, or a type with a material reverse-direction feeding prevention mechanism (special specification) based on the application.　

● The releasing type in the diagram is the solenoid valve releasing method. (Mechanical releasing types also available)

● The NC feeding machine (roll feeder) comes equipped with CNC controller.

● The construction of the gears between the motor and upper/lower roller axes are based on TOSCOM’s unique backlash-free gears [Patent currently being filed]

● No gaps will occur between the gears even after long-time use, making high-precision feeding possible for years.

● The mainframe of the machine is a highly rigid structure to achieve highly precise feeding operations. (The frame is not a press-bending type frame.)

● The speed reducer is not a timing-belt type, but a high-accuracy gear type to ensure that the torque is transmitted without fault.
