Random setting for the continuous feeding starting angle


● The starting angle for feeding will depend on the type of die and therefore can be freely set.

Automatic timing adjustment for the continuous feeding start angle


● The feeding timing angle, based on the rotational speed, will be automatically calculated with the microcomputer.
● The cam angle is automatically adjusted based on the rotating speed range (low ~ high). No confusing adjustments need to be done!

Random setting for the releasing start/end angle


● There are no restrictions for the releasing angle based on the different heights of the dies.

● A signal is input from the idling contact of the press machine rotary cam.
● Connection can be simply performed by connecting two wires for the starting operation.
● The rotating sensor for input signals and the press rotating axis do not need to be interlocked.。
● Connection with the micro-switch of the press machine rotary cam is possible.
● Connection with the digital cam and open collector of the press machine is also OK
● For mechanical releasing types, the ram on the press machine will hit the releasing arm to release the material.

No troublesome accelerating and decelerating settings
(Easily operated highly advanced machine)


● The microcomputer will do all the calculating in accordance with each continuous feeding speed.
● The microcomputer will automatically perform all calculations and setting the accelerating speed for feeding is unnecessary.
● The microcomputer also do all of the difficult calculations for different accelerating speeds for different material thicknesses.

Material feeding mode is designed to best suit the pressing operation
(Feeding directions (Pushing/Pulling) can be switched with a push of a button)


Total 8 modes: :Press interlocked, automatic feeding (Both forward and backward directions can be selected)
● Manual feeding: Pitch-length feeding (“Fwd” / “Bwd”)
● Manual feeding: Continuous jog-feeding (“Fwd” and “Bwd” in the inching speed)
● Manual feeding: Continuous jog-feeding (“Fwd” and “Bwd” in the inching speed)
◎ The user only needs to set the desired feeding pitch and speed with the rotary-type switch, and the microcomputer will perform all of the calculations and settings.
