All models are equipped with highly rigid and durable frames.

Using our know-how on precision pressing machines, we have succeeded in developing a highly precise strong pulling mechanism by designing the gears to perfectly match each other with no gaps in between.

Built based on our design techniques and experience of other dieing machines, this machine is unequalled in accuracy by any other feeding machine.

This can be installed onto all pressing machines, including power presses, straight-side presses, and dieing machines.

Features of the material feeding machine (CNC roll feeder)

 

[L]= The AC servo motor is located on the left side of the machine
(when viewed from the material feeding side).
[R] means the motor is located on the opposite side.

[A]: Solenoid valve air-releasing method,[M]: Mechanical cam releasing method

● [H] Standard high-speed feeding model
 
The type of material inserting guide can be selected from either a slanted type, parallel type, or a type with a material reverse-direction feeding prevention mechanism (special specification) based on the application.
 
The releasing type in the diagram is the solenoid valve releasing method. (Mechanical releasing types also available)

The NC feeding machine (roll feeder) comes equipped with CNC controller.

The construction of the gears between the motor and upper/lower roller axes are based on TOSCOM’s unique backlash-free gears [Patent currently being filed]

No gaps will occur between the gears even after long-time use, making high-precision feeding possible for years.

The mainframe of the machine is a highly rigid structure to achieve highly precise feeding operations. (The frame is not a press-bending type frame.)

The speed reducer is not a timing-belt type, but a high-accuracy gear type to ensure that the torque is transmitted without fault.
